Ward has not been a favorite of many in Zone 1 since he first became IC and
made his heavy-handed nature obvious. That accompanied with his negativism
I'm sure didn't win many over.

One of the reasons I laughed was not because we are so alike.. it was your
view of me that I found humorous.

Of course he's not going to admit that he is twisting policy.. He knows
he's doing it though.
