About four months ago I converted all my message bases to Squish style
format and since then I have been keeping an eye on the echo hoping to
catch the periodical posting of the conference rules so that I could
import them into the first message of this echo area.  In this way, any
of my users who strolled in here, or any other conference, would always
be presented with a blurb about the echo.
It is quite possible that I missed them being posted in here so that is
the reason for my request to repost them.
I apologize for widening the badnwidth a bit to get them, but as I
mentioned I have been on the lookout for them but haven't came stumbled
over them.
