KTX beasties are GVC resold by  and rebadged by Edge as KTX. They
have a Rockwell datapump but a non-Rockwell processor (the logo on the chip
is a strange squiggle, and I think it's an Intel 805x-compatible chip). The
command set is a subset of Rockwell's AC-series firmware command set, but
it isn't complete by any means.

The ext V.34 model is a shade twitchy on marginal lines, it enjoys hanging
up on retrains, but for the price it's a good buy. The int V.34 model, I
haven't owned one, but it was a real pain to test, kept hanging up, locking
up,...
