I veru rarely post in here but I read it religiously cause there is always
something new. I have noticed your thread, and I must say I am
dissappointed. The "upgrade" has been available for some years,
and the users were listened to back then. You have to remember that this is
'free' software, and for the capabilities built into Maximus, its pretty
amazing. You won't ever get a deal like Maximus again. There are really no
Max 2.x files required anymore, unless someone wrote something specific for
their own system, so compatability is not really an issue. The important
parts of your system will transfer with little hassle and if you want to
keep all your old v2.x files you can by using the switches on the v3 utils.

LH> Right now, I have not even found the upgrade.
