Overhere a photo journalist was recently convicted (to pay a fine), because he
used a drone to take photographs of a crimescene from the air. The conviction
was based on some model airplane law (probably safety related, it was in a
public place), not because he invaded someones privacy or obstructed the
police. So they had to be creative to get him convicted...
