I realize this is a very old message I'm replying to and all, but just
adding that I registered netmodem ages a year or two back and am still
trying to find a term program that'll work with it that can be
registered.  Telix (personal preference) is no longer available.
Terminate, no longer registerable.  Qmodem, no longer registerable. I
don't even think GT Powercomm is registerable...
