I paid for mine..  prestocked computers have the price included in it.  An 
OEM version of 95 runs $134 CDN right now up here...  Well worth it in my 
opinion, I look forward to the finished version of 95 with the integrated IE 
4.0 on it..  the Developers release is quite impressive and makes navigation 
a dream..  it even sped up my machine for a lot of tasks unreleated to 
Explorer...
