most are set to a 72 right hand margin... if your files are not, then you
need either a posting tools that will rewrap them when it posts them or
maybe you can just run them through an editor and reformat the paragraphs
using a built-in command... a lot of early editors used CTRL-B for the
rewrap option...

if you are looking to post the files to a message base, what posting tool
are you using? what message base format? can you post to another format and
then toss them into your desired format?
