TW> Poniac is a Dead Duck Orphan.
Not yet. Like Saturn, it's up for grabs. Only Saturn is already in the
hands of Roger Penske.

My dad owned one of those, only it was a 4 door. You could hear it coming
for 4 blocks, there rear end howled so much.

Dad also owned a 48 Silver Streak, with Pontiac's head lit up on the hood.
Mom inherited it and I got to drive it to school when she went to work.
TW> My last Pontiac was a 1963 La Mans Convertable that I fell in love

I had a coupe model of that 63 with the V8 engine in it. Also a 1970
Firebird, which I sold before I left CA.

After the 48 Silver Streak, dad bought a 53 Olds in 1954. Then a 60 Olds
in 61...he often said that people who buy new cars get it in the shorts. I
think that was a rub for my grandfather, who bought a new 41 Chevrolet in
the fall of 1940...I like to call it my first Chevy ride.

Another glutten for punishment.

And you fixed that how?
