If you use it under Windows or Linux, there already is.  I have a Wacom FUN
tablet that works under both.  Especially with DOSbox under Linux; DOSbox
sees it as a mouse.  Under Windows, if you use PabloDraw, it will see the
Wacom tablet as a mouse.
