-=> Quoting Dan Ceppa to Bruce Clark <=- BC> BWAVE/386 requires a few more configurations, plus DOS4GW.EXE so it BC> can load into XMS/EMS memory without a memory manager. DC> Ineresting... Can I delete that file? I think it is the program DC> that might be interferring with SWITCHER... I think BWAVE/386 requires it. Using a plain TXT editor, open the BWAVE386.VMC and set the VIRTUALSIZE = 0 Then put an exclamation point "!" in front of the line: !SWAPNAME C:\BWAVE\BWAVE386.SWP (It might not like having that "!"there. I've never tried it. Make sure your MAXMEM is set high enough that BlueWave won't run out of RAM for downloaded message packets. Mine is set at: MAXMEM = 2048 (2MB) Don't hesitate to bump it up to 4096 (4MB), or higher, if you are downloading LARGE message packets.
