I think I've got the .mid of it around here.  If not, I can probably locate 
the site I got it from on the internet and post that URL.  Then you can 
'figure it out'.  It's not hard! (used to play it on the piano.)
There is sheet music for it at most music shops that sell sheet music.  It is 
a classical piece and has been around for many years.  (In fact, that's why I 
had to learn it....
Piano instructor decided it was something I should learn to play.
