 Yes I have, and I will keep saying it. I am constantly amazed at the
 number of people who want the government to protect them from
 everything under the sun, while at the same time denying all personal
 responsibility. The simple fact is, Microsoft has done nothing more
 than a superb job of marketing their product, if they wish to place
 certain restrictions on those who are licensed to market their product,
 that is their right. if the computer makers don't like it, there are
 other operating systems out there, and if enough of the manufacturers
 do this, then Microsoft will have to change their policies, or not
 survive. This is how the market works.
