At this point, if she's molted fully, you SHOULD be able to tell for
sure. The best way I've found is to take the bird near a very sunny
window, and shine sunlight on the underside of the tail feathers. If she
is a SHE, you will see faint yellow/white/yellow/white "tiger" striping
on the underside of her tail. (Do you recall how Scooby's tail feathers
had stripes when he was a baby? Hers will look similarly striped, only
much fainter--thus the need for sunlight to see them). If she is a HE,
then the tail feathers will either be solid yellow, or solid white
underneath.
That's the best way I know of to sex a lutino. You can also check her
wing outer edge flight feathers--if they have regular yellow spots on
them, she's a hen. If they're solid yellow or solid white, she's a male.
But personally, I find it easier to see the stripes on the tail
feathers.
