      Yield: 6 servings

      1 c Unbleached flour
      1 ts Baking powder
      4 tb Butter
    1/4 c Oats
      1 Egg
    1/4 c Buttermilk

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. 2. In processor or large bowl

buttermilk. 6. Pour liquid into dry ingredients and mix well. 7. On
floured board, knead dough lightly. 8. Form dough into 10-12 rounded

a glass, press down on each ball to flatten. 11. Brush biscuit tops
with milk and sprinkle with oats. 12. Bake on greased baking sheet
for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve Oat Biscuits hot!
