    I have had bad luck with B carriers. They have charged me for
incomplete calls, roams when I was locked on home. They wouldn't even
think of knocking off the undue charges unless they got a service
contract extention. They the following month they reapplied the
previous. When I refused to pay, they turned off my home phone as well!
I would rather walk 10 miles in the rain, than make 1 phone call on a B
system. Maybe things have changed since then but I'm not taking the
chance. Ever been bit by a dog? It's about the same.
