CPPTUTS2.ZIP and CPPTUTT2.ZIP are the C++ tutorial from Coronado
Enterprises. I think some BBSs may have those. At least, I think PDN
(Prism BBS, Programmer's Distribution Network) should. I have it and
printed it all out. That seems like a good tutorial too. Plenty of
example code to go through.

Huh?? I thought that was "not equal". The ! is for the NOT operator
and = is obviously "equal". I'd be hesitant to learn from a tutorial
that calls it something else... "bang gets" don't make any sense at
all to me.
