No, that's the problem we are dealing with at Doc's...

Even though it seemed to have worked, there apparently is more going on
there than meets the eye...  and Doc says that one can't* u/l into
netmail and have it go out...

One SHOULD be able to do that via the regular packet, and it works at
Chowdanet, but not at Docs...

It's called "Netmail" and is area 1 at Doc's.  (And, you should know, it
isn't an echo, but an area... )
