Plop correctly integrates across area to get RMS. To suggest otherwise is a
virtual accusation of incompetence!
In fact Plop has some ability to calculate RMS behind the scenes to a finer
degree of mesh than the FEM mesh. But this was found to be useless, so they
were set to be the same.
