There is a good chance that Representative McCollum will hold hearings 
regarding this proNOTE: I tracked down and added the bracketed
material.  I also talked to McNulty last week.  At that time specific
hearings had not been scheduled.  This may be a rare genuine opportunity to 
influence events.  Write early and often.

On a personal note, I going to the VA today to determine if there is nerve 
damage to my arm.  Hopefully the situation I am dealing with will be a lot 
clearer after the results come back.
