Considering how you effectively ruled out all the suspected causes that
brought this universe into being, I would have to say no. Unless there
is something we humans have not thought of yet. Perhaps through some
higher dimensional effects a universe with three dimensions of space and
on of time could arise. Then again you could be intending to rule this
out as well... then my answer would definitely be a resounding no.
