As most of you know, I have been quite busy for a long while now and haven't 
had the time to do more then causual moderation.
While I strongly believe that a moderator should not have a heavy hand in his 
approach, there have been times that mine due to circumstances has barely 
been felt.
SO, with that in mind, some time ago I stated that I was on a quest for a new 
moderator for this conferece.
Tom Rightmer has stated that he will be willing to take up the cause.
So, in the absence of any other volunteers, I am giving those who might have 
issue with this choice just a bit more then TWO WEEKS to get back to me via 
NETMAIL at 1:2630/321.
Barring a major outcry f negative sentiment I will post Tom as Co-moderator 
of this conference.  At that time, he will assume full moderatorship of this 
bit of business we lovingly refer to as ASKACOP.
After a reasonable period [not very long mind you], should all go well and 
the conference have maintained its overall perspective and flavor, and Tom 
decides he still likes doing it :)  I will send him a netmail with the 
instructions for e-listing this conference with himself as the moderator.  I 
will retire to plain old conference member at that point.
