DC is one of those places I think every American ought to visit at least
once.
I was much impressed, and indeed moved by a great deal of what I saw.
don't miss anything in the Mall area, and make the side jaunt to the
Jefferson memorial -- not many ppl were around it any time I saw it, and I
found it a nice, peaceful place to sit for a few minutes.
