Just wanted to let everyone know that I have updated WWIVTOSS to support the
INTL kludge line in netmails.

Previous to this update, some BBS systems (Mystic BBS and maybe others) use
the INTL kludge ONLY in netmails, and don't use the MSGID: kludge.  There is
also typically no Origin: line in netmails, so sender's node information was
not getting passed properly for inbound netmails.

Added logic to support the INTL kludge to pull the sender's node information,
so that netmail replies go to the proper destination.
