It's the output of xentop, some kind of top for the virtualization stack Xen.
Normal linux tools don't show the whole memory in dom0.

The CPU is a Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-2630L v2 @ 2.40GHz.

But honestly: I got those 128 GB memory from some of our old discarded servers.
