That was David Shafer's How to make a Coma Corrector with Off the Shelf Optics in Telescope Making #45. Design #3 set two lenses inside focus by 41.4mm and used Melles Girot lenses #LMN 001 and #LDX 167. Both are BK7. All measurements in mm.
