Quite so, although when one considers that Mike has had ongoing problems with less-than-perfect link rates for well over a year now, even with his earlier Zoltrix modem (and that one was only a 14k4 V.32bis job), it certainly doesn't look all that good for his phone line. And naturally, those problems which existed at 14k4, can only worsen at 28k8.
