Hi this is Christian returning your mail.  I have always been very interested 
in UFO's.  I know little about the technical nature of the theories that 
exist on UFO's but I want to learn more.  Through The Communication Barrier 
(A BBS) I recently downloaded a whole lot of files on UFO's, this sparked an 
interest in learning more about about space and how it relates to theories on 
UFO's.
       I am not a true believer in UFO's because I keep my mind open, but I 
tend to lean toward believing that there is life on other planets.  A file I 
downloaded from this BBS on ancient aircraft offers an interesting e 
xplanation for the phenomena.  It has pictures of ancient egyptian 
hyroglyphics depicting "flying saucers".  In the text file that came in this 
artice it talked about ancient Indian aircraft called Vimana.  Ancient texts 
from India describe how to make these aircraft and the designs are similar to 
those described in most UFO enconters of today.        Also the film Chariots 
of the Gods intrigued me.  I think that most of the answers to the questions 
we seek about UFO's could be found in history. Maybe aliens were considered 
gods in ancient times.  Maybe humans had UFO technology but was eliminated, 
maybe it still exists.  Maybe humans have interacted with aliens for 
thousands of years.
       I would like to hear about more physical evidence and technical 
information on UFO's.  Please send more messages about your views,
