UN> I have only one file opened when this occurs.
UN> How can I determine if this is the same bug? Is there a work around
One file will do it, when the conditions are right, for example,
dragging lots of table/column boundaries, according to
MutterSoft.
MumbleSoft's workaround is to close Word, exit, and reload Word!
My workaround involves tiling all windows prior to executing a
vulnerable macro. I even have major macros open (for editing)
several important macros and tile *them* prior to execution.
This speeds up execution by a factor of ten *and* inhibits
crashing.
Where before my system wouold hang (big red switch time) after
three documents, now it will happily process a batch of thirty or
more - over two hours work.
I hope this helps.
