Which version of TELIX DOS are you running?
try to get telix for windows...it will work better in w95,
you must be able to find it on your local bbs or on the net, just search
for the keyword telix or deltacom online in yahoo.

Do you have the same problem when your running it under DOS?

try the generic brand name with the correct speed and if the program wants
to send a command to the non-volatile ram modem memory ... say yes

I don't think that theses changes should affect your internet connection.
if so then just get out the modem from your pc and the ram memory of it
will be erase and the changes that you've made will also be erase.
DL> Any one can help me?
Hope this help...
