Hi Peter,
The NFB business loan program is still very active.  The Chairman of the
Loan fund committee is Don Capps of south Carolina.  He can be reached by
phone at 803-787-0462.  The other members of the committee are Barbra
Pierce and myself.  Your friend can get loan applications from Mr. Capps
and will need to complete the requested information and send a copy to all
three members of the comittee.  Good luck.
