I disagree and here's why.

A good man doesn't try to post a streetmap view of someones home in
various newsgroups trying to invite discussion on it. Stalker...

A good man doesn't intentionally mislead other people into thinking
another person did or said something they didn't.

That's bearing false witness against your neighbor, and I believe the
Good book you both claim to follow has something to say about that. I
could be mistaken tho, I don't subscribe to that brand of koolaid.

he was previously banned from for being obnoxious.

A good man doesn't intentionally evade bans set and create new accounts
on systems where he knows he isn't welcome. BD does this on a routine
basis and has bragged about it on alt.politics.scorched-earth here on
more than one occasion.

A good man doesn't try to locate the mother of a person he has an issue
with and provide her street address and phone number.

A good ma doesn't try to locate the mothers job/company of a person he
has an issue with and provide that companies/jobs street address and
phone number either.

A good man doesn't just post what he thinks is the address to someones
house, a google streetmap link of what he thinks is the address to
someones house, or the address/name of the person he thinks is the
others mother without checking to be sure, first.

A good man doesn't lie about having contacted said mother of person he
has an issue with.

A good man doesn't intentionally lie/mislead others into thinking a
person he has an issue with is someone malicious or doesn't know as much
as the person he has an issue with has previously claimed to know;
unless he as proof to backup this claim.

A good man doesn't support others who would knowingly lie about stealing
pharmaceuticals from a veterinarians office.

I can find more examples, those were some from the top of my head
without having to think about it. The post is getting a bit long now.
