Well, Biblically speaking, Sarah's name was originally Sarai -- which means
bossy :)

then there's this cute little poem -- which doesn't help the name pursuit,
but ...

Bossy and the Daisy

RIGHT up into Bossy's eyes,
Looked the Daisy boldly,
But, alas! to his surprise,
Bossy ate him, coldly.

Listen! Daisies in the fields,
Hide away from Bossy!
Daisies make the milk she yields,
And her coat grow glossy.

So, each day, she tries to find
Diasies nodding sweetly,
And although it's most unkind,
Bites their heads off, neatly!

I think ruidosa is "noisy" in Spanish, but not positive
baas or baasje -- is Dutch for bossy... pronounced bahs long a-sound ...
which isn't very feminine so I'd recommend baasje which sounds much like
boss-ya... very appropros :) and the je makes it affectionate to boot :)
the Dutch slang for Germans is mof -- which means loud-mouth (ok, you didn't
say it had to be nice!) and if you added the je -- it would sound a lot like
mafia mof-ya (Kees: but they call us cheese heads. Maybe I shouldn't get
started here...) but then he went on to say mof was a rather nasty WWII
term... so I'd definitely "hide" it with a je... (if it was used at all...
used as that sound - mafia, you might offend the Italians )
there's always domina -- Italian for "it dominates" though with
the a on the
end I suspect that "it" is more "she"
kryetar (crew-yay-tear) which is probably too much of a mouthful, but is
Albanian for boss/leader/chief/secretary general

I've had a hard time coming up with other things that don't look exactly
like what they are or are too much this or that (or too little for that
matter) Nothing that strikes me as a name you'd like to call out for the
next 15 years anyway. I'll keep looking. Figure I'll try the babynames books
for names that mean that....
