If you can "see" that tab in your Win2000, then you're not using the 
correct version of TweakUi.  It has never been available in any version 
of TweakUi that's designed to be used with Win2000. The latest version 
of TweakUi that is "supposed" to be used with Win2000 is, I believe, 
1.33A, file date of 6/18/00.  There may be a later version since I do 
remember there were several betas that had expired.  (Note that the 
later versions of TweakUi can be used in both Win9X/ME and Win2000 but 
will install different options depending on the OS.)

As for XP, versions of TweakUi for Win9X and Win2000 will refuse to 
install.  There is a different version available for XP which is part of 
the XP Power Toys.

However, I guess if your version of TweakUi is performing OK and has the 
Add/Remove tab - keep on trucking.
