Not necessarilyon your machine.. that was a method used by ... ummmm...
Panasonic (or was it Okidata?) on their lasers c.1993 or so.
Learned this from a guy in Florida had a very informative recharging
catalog.... he stocked the darn fuses for $.50
I was just trying to point out that many times parts are good for
*many* *many* times the life of the toner you'l use-up.

G& > that can be reset to get more copies from the drum, but I have yet to

You *WILL* find it (after 2 hours) when you've got to put out a major
amount of work and your machine goes belly-up on a Sunday with all the
local stores out of the replacement part you need.
OTOH.. it can be found within 2 minutes on a normal day.  ;-)
