 On March 13, Ukrainian (C.I.S.) Ministry of Communication awarded =THREE= 
companies who participated in tender for GSM frequencies ! (fyi: One of them 
is supported by Motorola)
 Is there other country(s) that have more than two companies operating GSM 
simultaneously? How is the operators' performance? What are monthly and 
minute fees (for end-users)?
