Scott provided a SILT command-line option that allows you to continue to
use Max 2.0x utilities with Max 3.0x advanced features. What problem do
you have with that? Seems like _great_ support to me.
Expecting Scott to upgrade 2.02 to Y2K just isn't realistic, since he
worked very hard on its successor, 3.0x, which is now the current version.
Would you also expect him to fix Max 1.0x too?
After all, remember that Max is totally *free* for non-commercial use. If
Scott feels that users should upgrade to his latest release to get Y2K
support, that's his perogative.
