There was a software in Juge which converts the maximus file areas to html
file areas. I've tried NCSA http server a few years before and it worked
fine but I'd advise you to look at a newer version of it or an alternative
server.

I think software was called web2bbs. Have a look at www.juge.com. It was
supposed to be converted by this piece of software, if my memory serves me
right. I had tried the software with my system, at least two years ago. It
was working fine but first conversion was painfully slow. It may be due to
the machine speed, which was (and still is) a DX2-66. :)

For the telnet part, that's the easiest and works fine over here. :)
About NNTP, not tried it yet but I've started to install GIGO, left it at
the middle. Delivered the process to the co-co-sysop, hope he finishes it.
