actually, there are tossers that do handle something similar... IIRc,
squish was one that implemented this capability but it never passed on to
other packages...

you're not the only one ;)  many's the time that i've had to go rooting
thru the outbound bundles to locate a PKT and remove an errant message...
pretty easy with the proper tools... one just has to be fast enough to get
it before the mailer sends it on to another system...
