In one case, it's a converted Mac user for whom I had to get a copy
of Claris Works for Windows to facilitate the transition.  The boss
has *no* computer literacy whatsoever, so the only way he'll be able
to do anything is by pointing and clicking; and the others are (for
whom I have WPW 5.2) are just used to Windows.
