BC:You wouldn't expect an electronic bugger to be a neophyte anyway. :-)
In most case, nope, i'll expect someone qualified. But as many
other kind of job, there is always some stupid and unqualified jerks
that will try their hands at it...loosely.
BC: It's hard enough to hit the cell sites with a TV tuner...

BC:Maybe chances of being detected by another scanner, but not by the TV.
Scanners will probably do a better job than the tv set itself,
more selectivity and not too widened...
