While adding in new stuff, I made sure to remove my hackery which changed the
level parameter.

However, since we've already covered the part that the level parameter isn't
used in any fidonet program out there, it shouldn't cause any issues until this
gets addressed properly (which will probably be soon).

There isn't one, and there doesn't need to be since it's only on my local
system and not available for download by anyone else. ;)

If it were ever made public, then yes.. I would include one. The patches I've
applied are all kept in their own directory in case something were to be done
in the future.
