 Here in SAn Diego California one company, ARCO openly admits thart they
 are in Effect SCREWING the motorists here on gas prices. OF course they
 used the words "What the Market will bear" instead of Screwing.
They actualy edo computer modeling and set prices by Neighborhood.
Luckly were I live it is one of the Lower Priced Neoghborhoods so I can
pay pay up to 10 Cents per gallon(Although tyicaly 5 Cents) LESS than
jsut a few miles down the road. In this I am talking about the same name
gas stations. OF with ARCO typicalyt is the Chepeast per gallon.

And to give you an example the Pre Tax price per gallon is lower in Las
Vegas then in San Diego. YET we BOTH get out gas form the same Los
Angeles Refinery.
Since it cannot posabibly be cheaper to trransport the Gas to Las Vegas
then to San Diego somethoing is wrong with that picture.
