Nothing major, but there were a few netmail header related issues that
needed to be updated.  

-  INTL kludge now shows the node information for both systems - without
the point information.
-  The TOPT kludge now is used for the point information if needed in all netmails.
-  WWIVTOSS now reads the INTL kludge line in addition to the MSGID in
order to get the sender's node information.  This was needed to be
compatible with Synchronet.
