Hello Bruce, 'tis a nice day today !

BC> If you put a copy of PKZIP.EXE in your BWAVE folder,
BC> then your BWPACK.BAT commands can be:

 BC> C:\BWAVE\BWREPFIX.EXE %2
 BC> C:\BWAVE\PKZIP -EX %1 %2

I have done all this diligently and guess what ? Yesterday, I did a
one reply U/L and it was fine, no mangling of the name even. I then
proceeded to do the rest of my replies and they all had a digit in
front of the TO: 1name. And I had not changed anything ! This post to
you is another test. Let us see how it goes.

Tell me, if I 2-click on the BWPACK.BAT I get a notepad text to read
but if I left click on it, I get a choice of command and I elect the
edit one and then I can do the work as you suggested. What gives ? You
can tell my level of expertise in this.
