Sorry, I forgot to point out that the comment was made in jest. ;-}

The point I was trying to make is that the USR Couriers can be upgraded
using flash ROM's, although you probably know that. The problem is, if the
power goes out while your upgrading, it's likely you've lost your modem.
... ARRRRRGGGHHH!!!! ... Tension breaker, had to be done.
