It's whatever works.  My key has always been to be able to use BlueWave 
and itis tagline handling features.  OMX registered would be a plus 
as I could set my origin line separately for each Echo.

If you go that route, you will see that if you edit a message you have 
written in BW, it'll show an incorrect date.  Don't worry about it.  OMX 
seems to simply correct the problem on its own.
