As per the Ronald ? case (Donaldson - who was killed when the agents raided 
his "home" - actually property to an adjacent national park they wanted).
Anything they want is "probable cause" - if they THINK it can be identifed as 
mj, then have an assault team go check it out. They'll get what they want.
