Thanks Ben for looking at this. I think it's much better. I can see a few
things that jump out at me.

The TAGname is not indented and I figure should line up with the rest of the
output.

The person who submits the update, I think add a extra divider between that
info and the body of the keywords submitted. Best to separate out the
submitter details from the details submitted. Also take a look at
ALL-POLITICS as an example. The From and Email labels... looks like Email is
not sitting correctly , not left justified.

For DESCription: is there any way to wrap lines 2 onwards to line up with the
start of the description on line one?

Hope all is is not too picky, just trying to make it look 'nice' :)
