  10 minutes is not long enough, even for a genius. Who sells
Guidelines, then?

  As far as I can work out, M$ uses MFC and Borland uses OWL, and I
don't really want to waste my time with either of them when VB has the
obviously best approach to Windows.

  Personally, I think M$ has solved the portability issue once and for
all. Write it for Windows, and that's the end of it.
